Fire and Ice - realXtend and OpenSim core developers' meeting in Oulu

A blizzard greeted OpenSim developers from all over the world as they arrived in Northern Finland to meet the realXtend team. For some of the developers, the meeting was actually the first chance to see their colleagues face to face, and they all certainly appreciated the opportunity to spend some quality time with each other and the realXtend team.

A dedicated team of developers had much to discuss, but most found at least some time to enjoy the exotic experience. Saunas were hot, snow was cold and the water was (luckily) surprisingly solid to walk on. Global warming was not halted, but getting like-minded people together to share ideas probably generated enough positive energy to keep the Earth rolling for a few more moments!

The results of the meeting will be published in due time, when the dust settles and the attendees have digested the information and ideas that were thrown around. Stay tuned!
